Question

Hi,all,

Just bought emc9 but not installed it as yet,just have a couple of questions 1st,

does anyone know of any compatibility problems with haveing emc9 & nero installed at the same time?

the second is i have a version of Roxio Creator LE - Dell Edition

Build: 2.4.32a,should this be uninstalled 1st ?

Nero and EMC can co-exit provided you uninstall Nero InCD first (packet writing s/w doesn't mix) Actually, once you install EMC, run msconfig and stop D2D from loading up (packet writing s/w is one of the best ways to LOSE your data)

 

The LE version - yes, uninstall and also run the MS Cleanup Utility to remove all traces of Roxio from the computer

In fact, once you install EMC, I'd recommend going to add/remove programs and uninstalling D2D
