no support from roxio?

Question

A few days ago i ordered the toast 8 update. After i made a payment i realized that it' is not possible to update from toast 5 to toast 8. So i mailed roxio and asked to cancel the order. No reaction. Mailed a second time, 2 days later. No reaction. Is there anyone at roxio to read email? Sorry to abuse this forum for this kind of questions.

harveyb, your ticket was submitted on 1/27 and replied on 1/28... you made two calls for support and an e-mail was sent for your second call... there is no further update on your ticket from you...

I am also waiting for support.,, I installed Toast 8 on an Intel iMac. I was not prompted for the TIVO media access key annd, therefore, the media browser does not recognize mt Tivo (Tivo brabnded series 2).
