A few days ago i ordered the toast 8 update. After i made a payment i realized that it' is not possible to update from toast 5 to toast 8. So i mailed roxio and asked to cancel the order. No reaction. Mailed a second time, 2 days later. No reaction. Is there anyone at roxio to read email? Sorry to abuse this forum for this kind of questions.
