Toast V8.0 for MAC

I am having a great deal of difficulty using Toast v8.0 (for MAC): it will not allow me to R/W multiple times to a DVD - or + RW disc. I downloaded (authorized copy) of Toast v8) and I have yet been able to write multiple times to a DVD. I have reinstalled the program.

My DVDs are fully capable of R/W DVDs.

Thoughts?

Can you write to DVD±RW? Can you erase that disc? Can you write again to that disc? If not, what error message do you get?

 

or... are you trying to do multisession to DVD? I don't think Toast supports that.

You can't use a DVD like its some kind of hard drive on a Mac. As theoldarchiver noted, you must erase a DVD-RW disc before it can be written to again. Toast can erase the disc.
