I use Toast primarily for burning audio. When I installed Toast 8, I set up my prefs as they were Toast 6, which included buffer underrun prevention turned on ( maybe not necessary, but I figured no harm having it on).
The first few discs I burned were fine, but suddenly Toast 8 started rejecting my discs. I found that the conflict appeared to be due to different brands of discs. Apparently I can leave BUP turned on for Sony discs, but I have to turn it off when using Maxell discs. Both brands are your basic CD-R and neither are "music" CD-Rs.

Curious if anyone else has had this issue.
