Label Creator Prob

I have been trying to print to disc in label creator on my Epson R380 Printer. When I design the label, I get a large non printed circle in th emiddle instead of the DVD small size hole. I cannot find away to resize this. I did it once before, but I cannot fo rth elife of me repeat it. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I looked at that, but it didn't seem to be for a disk. It seemed more like a Jewel case insert or something like that.

I agree, but the object didn't look like a disk either. I will give it a try though.

Yes I selected disc in the menu. It appears to select an audio disk instaed of a DVD. I tried th3 core label too, and it shows an audio cd large inner diameter as well. I have searched help and every pull-down menu I can find, and cannot find anything that allows me to change the inner diameter size of the disck.

The default is audio but you can change that - click on any of the 'objects' and then hit the 'delete' key (you may have to do it twice)

 

Select Disc, print and then tick 'Print Centre Core Label
