Trouble with chapters

I created a slideshow in Videowave and added markers in two spots. I then added a Play button to play all, and using unlink I added another section button. I then added chapters, and went to Settings and changed each chapter to go to Sel Menu after playing. I preview show and select chapter two, but it continues to chapter three. It should go to Sel menu after playing chapter two. What am I missing?

Nothing. That is the way Chapters work, even on commercially produced dvd's. Chapters are just "starting points" for playing a movie (title), they are not inclusive unto themselves. Throw a dvd in that you bought 9or rented) and you'll see that the chapters on those do the same thing.
