Lately I've been having problems using RC9 label program to create lightscribe labels for DVD+R cds. At first it doesn't recognize the lightscribe label side and then partly through the process it stops with a comm problem and suggestd to restart the pc. I check the dvd and nothing is written on the label side. I'm using HP lightscribe dvds. I have a Win XP system with 3.06 ghz and 2 gb ram. I use the lightscribe basic software that only labels the center of the dvd and that works fine. It has to be the RC 9 software.
