Question

the answer to any of your questions is yes....i've tried that. i've come to the following conclusion....if you use one of the standard menus, without customizing anything and without animated buttons...your success rate goes up. however, if you try to add custom background movie with animated buttons...your success rate drops to about 0. here is my ticket number and the email i got from roxio and yes...i did everything on the sheet and then some, even re-installed the program....twice. now i have all these great homemade custom DVD's that i can't burn....if anyone has had this error and has found a way around it...please let me know!

thanks!
