Another Trasition Problem

I added three productions to a menu, and can play each one separately or as one long production, using the settings tab and using play all in project. Before each production plays I get a black screen for a few seconds and then the production starts. I tried putting a transition at the start of each production, but get a black screen then the transition then the productions. How do I get rid of the flash of the black screen. Does it have to do with trimming, if so how do you trim out the black screen.

I have a NVIDIA GeForce FX Go5200 card installed. Will a software upgrage help the problem? Also if a see the black flicker on the PC, when I burn it to disk will it show up?

Probably, but one way to find out. Burn the project to a video folder so you don't waste a disc. You can then play the folder back using Cineplayer to see that happens.

 

Make sure you have the latest drivers for the go5200 chipset and the latest DirectX 9.

Someone else has complained of this, but doesn't seem happen to everyone. What video card do you have?
