I put together a video and picture SlideShow with transitions and background music as I normally do every year for my son. I am done with the project. The problem is the DVD Builder. Everytime I click on it, it freezes and comes up with an Error Signature message. According to the Error Report Content Reception Information are the following: Code: 0xc0000005; Flags: 0x00000000; Record: 0x000000000000000; Address: 0x0000000035c5d07f.

Can you tell me what is wrong? I need to finish this before Valentine's Day for my son's school. Please help!!!

Have you by chance installed IE 7 or WMP 11? If so, you'll need to uninstall them as they break EMC 7/7.5

 

I installed IE 7 and WMP 11 about a month ago. I uninstalled IE 7 and it worked just fine. I didn't have to uninstall WMP 11.
