Help! (with conversion to MP3...)

I understand I cannot create MP3 files with ECD Creator 5 (Basic) however, what options to I have to create an MP3 file with what I've got?

Apparently, I need the Platinum version, correct?

 

Or is there an update to Creator 5 that allows MP3 file conversions. My guess is no, and that I need to upgrade to Easy Creator 9, and I'm not intersted in any intense upgrade other than the ability to convert WAV files to MP3 (for a website I'm building which only allows MP3 music uploads)...Thanks for any help, however depressing it may be...

You;ll probably need an external app to do the conversion. If you google for mp3 conversion you should find a lot

Or, you can get a relatively elderly program like Version 6 Platinum on eBay or similar (the mp3 part of V.6 Basic is an extra download), or anything newer than that.

 

NOTE: if you don't have a minimum of Win2K SP4 or WinXP SP1, don't even consider Version 7 and above - it won't work.

Lynn: I have WIndows XP SP2, so I should be OK if choose the route...however,

gi7omy: I like your idea better at the moment, I was about to Google and Yahoo my way around for some conversion apps...
