randerson7
To Whom It May Concern: I am the network administrator for one of many New Plan offices here in Houston, TX. We currently are running Dell laptops and desktops. Each of which, have an image, from Dell, with the Roxio Creator Plus software on them. For some unknown reason I keep getting "script errors" on most of my systems whenever I open your software. This error will not go away. I have attempted to register the product but, cannot find my version on your web. I contacted your support staff and Dell to fix this issue and have gotten nowhere. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM.

John at Roxio
Can you give me the specific product version that you have and also some details about the errors you are getting. Its a pretty general problem so I cant come up with a solution based on the info I have. Also what kind of user account are these folks running on (what kind of permisisons do they have)? And can you test on a system logged on as an admin?
