I did look, I found it. I just don't know what to change the cache location to......I have no idea what even cache location it...........Thanks

It might not make a difference if you only have 1 hard drive and it's full. Do you have a second drive-internal or external?

You can try Disk Cleanup. Go into My Computer, highlight your drive, right click and choose Properties then select Disc Cleanup.

A cache is a location that the program uses to store the files before it writes them to the CD/DVD.

Have you restarted your computer lately? The files are in a temporary file which will be cleaned out when you restart your computer.

If that doesn't work......In addition, as recommended.....using the Windows Disk Cleanup and clearing out your Temporary Internet files might free up a lot more space on your hard drive. They take up a surprising amount of room if you haven't cleaned them out recently.

Defragmenting your hard drive is also a good idea.

If you need to change the location of the cache to a second hard drive or another partition on your main hard drive, first make a folder on that hard drive. Then click on the Cache location.... button and find that folder you made. However, you may have to delete the files from that location yourself, so this should be your last choice.

If you only have one drive, go to c:\windows\temp, select all files and delete (some won't but get rid of as many as you can)

Open internet settings in control panel - clear history and any temporary internet files.

Any of those will clutter up your hard drive
