Error Message

[BM1071]

I'm getting the following error message when I try to burn a Data DVD using Creator Classic. I disable Norton Anti Virus and Internet Security before I start.

To the best of my knowledge these are my PC specs.

 

Dell Dimension 4700

Windows XP Home SP2

Pentium 4 3.2 Gh

1 ghz RAM

ATI Radeon X300 series- 7.1 driver

Philips DVD+-RW DVD8631
