Downloaded & Installed Toast 8 - Problem w TIVO files

Can anyone help? I have downloaded on MAC X and used StuffIt to unzip it. When I installed it I click on "enable tivo extra" but when I go to the extra window it says it cannot find any tivo files. I have gone to setup assistant and clicked on it again, still no files.

 

I had previously downloaded Tivo Desktop before I bought the Toast Titanium 8 - could that be the problem?

 

Is there anything else I need to do??

Ok, so first of all, there is an option during installation that asks if you want to enable TiVoToGo. Is that the option you are talking about?

Once this is installed, you have to connect to your Series 2 TiVo and download files onto your mac. I am not familliar with any "extra window". If you have a problem with the TiVoToGo software, the forum directliy below the Toast 8 forum is for that product so please review the posts there and then post your question if you are unable to find an answer.

I have the similar problem. What I'm seeing is that the TIVO enable option DOES NOT appear during install of TOAST 8. I was running TOAST 8 with the TIVO option on MAC OS Tiger just fine, I'm very fimilar with the install process. I recently upgraded to Leopord on two computers a mac mini and a MacBook. I reloaded Toast 8 on my MACMINI with no problem after Installed Leopord. But when I did that on my MacBook It completely did not ask for the TIVO enable question. It went from asking me about Dejuv and BlueRay support to straight to register product. The TIVO enable question is usally after the question for Dejuv and Blue Ray. Ive gone through the install process about 3 times now. what gives??
