Ashtonian
in an attempt to help others who may have a similar problem when i run norton's win doctor is when i have the error pop up. I am hoping that roxio develops a patch that allows my nortons and roxio to be compatible Why is that Roxio's problem? Turn off Norton, Use Firefox & Thunderbird and you'll never get a virus, trojan adware, spyware or any other malware. Norton was a great product in the good ol' days of DOS. Since Symantec acquired the product I won't let it near my computer now.

Why is that Roxio's problem? well, they are selling me a product that should be easy to use, and compatible with popular products. I am extremely disapointed. and i doubt i will ever buy from them again. as far as customer service. they basically have none.

There are two registry entries that Norton mistakenly identifies as being invalid. The problem is with Norton. The folks who don't have Norton, don't have that problem. Why can't you understand that?
