Easy Media 9 and HP Image Zone Compatibility

PSBSMB

Question

We installed Easy Media Creator 9. All we want to do (at this point) is to store digital photos (from a Fuji camera) onto DVD so if our computer crashes we have the photos. We use HP Image Zone to download the photos into albums on our PC. We can't seem to get the photos onto the DVD using East Media Creator 9. Is there a compatibility problem with what we have been using? Any thoughts on what we might be doing wrong? Thanks.

If all you want to do is store them, use Creator Classic to burn to a dvd. I'm not really sure if you're having problems getting them from the camera to the computer of from the computer to a dvd. Please be a bit more specific.

It is impossible to help if you don't tell us what you tried already. What program did you use. Use Creator Classic, and you should have no problems getting those files on your DVD.
