Creator 9 Content

I keep trying to load the content CD, but it keeps telling my I have to reboot after installing Creator 9. I have rebooted, restarted and just turned off the computer and walked away. Any idea if there is some sort of workaround? I already had to download the patch to get by the CD Key issue.

You may have to try a repair installation from add/remove programs. It seems that windows doesn't believe there was a full install

Try opening Creator Classic, then reboot and try to install the Content CD. I haven't heard of this happening in EMC 9 before, but it was common with EMC 8.
