gigabyte40 Posted February 12, 2007 Report Share Posted February 12, 2007 Hello /My problem is---When ever I record from a external source like radio or cassette player error messeage comes up from micrsolf and If i click on send or even don,t send sound editor goes blank this happens 20 percent of the time whenever I record! How is your source connected to your computer I am using Easy CD and DVD Creator 6- I run my cassette player thrugh a Macky 6 channel board to input on the back of my comp: 8milmeter jack:input--- the message is about -{compat:tx.exe}--I have a MCI.Board in my computer 13000 prosceser: 512 rams-thanx Gigabyte. I will try the link you sent : Thank You -Gigabyte- Las Vegas. You might also want to also check to see if you are running Internet Explore 7 (if so, roll back to Version 6). Also if you have Windows Media Player version 11 installed roll it back to 10. Both of these are causing problems with Roxio, this may not be the problem, but its worth a shot.
