Toast 8 Rebate/Roxio Customer Service Hassles



I bought TOast 8 via download (full version) on January 14...but was never emailed a receipt, which I need in order to submit for my rebate. I sent an email to support on January 14 and again on January 19, but still have not received a reply. I need the confirmation receipt with CD Key for my product...but can't even get a response! Any suggestions?
