They barrage you with email to encourage you to buy a high priced product that isn't ready for release, then to get a 114Mb update on disk they want you to pay another $10. I only have a dialup available so it would take me 15 hours to download. Even Microsoft offered their SP1 & SP2 on disk free to those wanted it! Some in your situation have done one of the following, Asked a friend or relative who has a high speed connection to download it; gone to the Library and downloaded it; gotten permission at their place of employment to download it. Then copied it from there onto a cd or jump drive to get it to the pc they need it on. Maybe you could try one of them in order to get the update. After all, I bought it on CD why can't they provide the update on CD? Further, if the product was so bad (and it seemed to be) that it required a 114MB update, they probably should have provided a whole new program on CD!
