Well, I too ordered Toast 8 at MacWorld. It didn't arrive until Jan. 31st and then, NO CD IN THE BOX! Yes, just an empty container. Called Digital River (the fulfillment house, I guess), they said they would reship. Got a confirming email on 2/1 that they were reshipping (with no tracking number). 2/14 and still haven't received it. Called today and they have no record of reshipping. Said they'd reship, but no confirming email. What the hell is going on with Roxio's service? Is there someplace I can go to resolve this once and for all? Or should I just contest the charge to my credit card and go to Frys?
