You can try and go over to the left and hit the EMC 7/7.5 link under support. If you go to the knowledge base and type in error 1935 a message will come up saying there are 3 possible solutions with a link.Hit the link and see what happens. So far Myself and 2 other people haven't had any luck getting to the page, maybe you can.If you can hopefully that will help.I also have the other guru's looking to see if they can get the info for you.

So far, this is all I've been able to find from my archives from the old forum. See if it helps. (still looking for more).

Re: Error Code 1935--STILL struggling with this -- try again - new link

Sorry to hear no success. Don't give up yet tho. You have one or two more things

to try.

The first thing I note is that you're right...the link I gave doesn't work...even if you see

it is word wrapped and you copy and paste it manually (I got error "download you

requested is unavailable" when I tried to copy and paste). WHY it doesn't work I'm

not sure. I have that SAME URL on my clipboard holder pgm and when I use

the right download page! Strange. I suspect there is an imbedded carriage return in

that link that is causing it not to work.

At any rate, it is important that you get to the page I'm specifing because the other

link from the TECHNOTE was for MSXML version 3 and the link I give is for MSXML

ver 4. Here is the URL again. Hopefully this one will work:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...&DisplayLang=en

The page you pull up should look like this:

MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (Microsoft XML Core Services)

MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2) is a complete replacement of MSXML 4.0 and

MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 1 (SP1). MSXML 4.0 SP2 provides a number of security

and bug fixes. MSXML 4.0 SP2 does not replace MSXML 3.0.

MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (Microsoft XML Core Services)

Download files below

Quick Info

Download Size:

23 KB - 10070 KB

Date Published:

6/2/2003

Version:

40SP2

Note too that the file name is different (simply "msxml.msi", not with 'usa' within it).

And of course the file size is different from the version 3 you tried.

Try ver 4 and see if it will work for you!!!

ALSO, another thing I found while lurking around was a "HotFix" for MSXML.

Maybe it will help you if MSXML 4 doesn't?? (You might want to set a system

restore point before installing this hotfix.) I found it at:

However it seems to be a bit old (Feb 04) ... tho it does say it's for ver 4....
