how do you create mixed media DVD - video and ROM

Lee Hopkins

My goal is to distribute a DVD video slide show, created in VideoWave and have the DVD also contain the original photos and movies snippets in a file folder on the same DVD. Is this possible?

I read in a pinned posting about the "archive photo" option on the MyDVD 9 project page. This sounds like it'll do what I want. Will it grab the videos too?

The challenge I have is I had to make an interim copy of my VideoWave projects to MPG to get around the video stopping when it hit my QuickTime videos. Outputting to MPG first solved this just fine. The whole movie runs without issue. I'm assuming however, that MyDVD won't be able to "archive photos" from the MPG files.

I also notice on the copy program there's an option to "include DVD ROM content from source." How do I create a mixed media DVD with a DVD ROM folder full of whatever I want along with my video?

Thanks in advance,
