Has anyone managed to get help from support? They are ignoring my problems.

 

They appear to be 3 to 4 days behind when I had my first problem (activation) and once I found this forum, I never "formally" submit anything because frankly they are not gonna to fix the problem anyway.

I thought it might make Roxio aware of the problems. I have had one response with a telephone number - not much use as I am in the U.K.
