Video Compilation Doesn't Work

Whenever I use Video compliation to combine some .ISO files I get an error message: "unspecified Error [0x80004005]" I am using Roxio Easy Media Creator 8 (Build 805B30B ENU). I also am running it on Windows XP (SP2).

 

I saw this same question was posted a year ago but no one was ever able to answer it. Can anyone help me?

Are you using Internet Explorer 7 and/or Media Player 11?

Uninstalled both IE7 and Media Player 11. I still get the same error: "unspecified Error [0x80004005]"

Does the error only happen when compiling ISO files? How about other file format (mpg, video folder set, etc)?
