Emc 8 Copy Problem

Installed Easy Media Creator 8, unable to install latest update (says I have the wrong version). When I put a disc in my DVD drive (D) and try to copy to my burner (E drive). The disc is ejected out of the E drive. It will not recognize that an empty disc is in place. My computer and windows explorer recognizes both drives.

Appreciate assistance.

It seems there are more issues than solutions with this software. I suspect the update is for a different version, the only update I could find was for the retail (boxed) copy, not for the downloaded version.

 

Check again that the update is for the correct version and try emailing tech support if it still fails.

Have you successfully burned to those particular discs before? Also Disc Copier will not copy any disc that is encrypted.
