VideoWave 9.0 add video and add background music

eps

Question

I am taking a Video_ts file (UDF) and adding into Videowave 9.0 then adding an audio file on the music track. I have label screens before and after the video. Project has 1 label screen, the video and 1 end label screen.

The problem that I have is that the audio works fine until about 1 second into the video file and then mutes out. The video still is there but no audio. I tried putting the audio file on SPX, internal and native all with no success.

Any ideas as to why my audio disappeared? HELP.

Thanks for any help.

Does the audio cover the entire video? Try adding a color panel (maybe a black one) with a very short duration at the end of the Videowave production. Leave the duration of the audio as it is. See if that solves the issue.

Also, check if the audio has fade out enabled. Disable if it is.

Do get back and let us know if it works.

I checked the fade in/out and both are disabled. I observe a "Native" track directly under the Video_ts.ifp panel. This panel is 15 minutes long.

Adding additional music to cover the period of time has no effect. I have a blue panel after the video file and added an internal music clip in it. This plays okay.

I went into edit mode on the music clip and saw the video play along with the music without any stopping of the music. Going out of edit, the music still is clipped off. I tried putting the music on the internal track of the video with no success.

It is sort of acting like a music fade if you don't have a slide panel long enough but I don't see a setting to change the time.

By the way, thanks for coming back to me.

Does the sound mute happen every time? I only ask because I found a similar problem with VideoWave 8. In my case, the sound would mute randomly, sometimes in the middle of a track, with no obvious interference. I found that double clicking a transition would cure it, until it happened again in a few minutes.

********

Yes it fails everytime I run the preview.

I tried putting in a transition before the video file and the music stops even quicker.

I FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT!

I "muted" out the Native track for the video_ts file and the sound was there just like I want it.

1. Right click on the panel native track to open the options window.

2. Click "mute".

This solved the problem.

Thank you to all who tried to help.
