Menu sound muted in production but plays after burn!

I didn't want sound on my menus so I muted them. In the preview the were ALL silent, after the burn one of them had the generic baby video music. This isn't the first time it's happened! It's hit or miss. Usually all successfully come out silent, this time the main menu played music and the other time it was a submenu. I do double check and nothing seems to be able to mute these menus even when I try again. Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Rather than mute the menu audio, try removing the audio completely. In MyDVD9, click DVD Menu and then select Remove Menu Audio.
