lost cd key

I recently uninstalled my eMC8 due to getting numerous errors. When I went to reinstall I realized that I'd lost my cd key. I have the receipt from when I bought the program, and I've tried Roxann and custome support to n avail.

 

On earlier versions they mentioned finding the key of the back of the disc in the inner silver area. There is no 17 digit key in the inner silver area on back of these discs.

If you registered it when you got it, log into here with your e-mail and password that you used at registration

 

Your original key will be there.

 

No-one here can supply you with a key unfortunately but if you contact customer services they may be able to help if the other method won't work
