Songman
I am trying to burn a backup copy of my itunes movies and tv shows, but it says mp4 isn't supported. But i have exported .dv files to .mp4's. Why cant i drag and drop itunes shows either from itunes or from the folder it keeps them in and burn them. tsantee
You may be confusing mp4 with m4p. The m4p files are iTunes store copy-protected files. The copy protection prevents them from working with Toast. You may be able to use iTunes to burn back up discs, however.
