DVD PROJECT: To slow creating image file

NNyerges

Question

I recently purchase a Plextor PX-760A DVD driver that came with ROXIO Basic7. I have create my first DVD project, using 120 minutes of videos captured from my video ‘PAL’ camera, with 4 menu's and some chapters and effects. Everything went ok, until I start to burn the DVD (in NTSC format). ROXIO SPEND ABOUT 8 HOURS CREATING THE DISK IMAGE FILE IN MY HARD DISK…. It’s that normal? :ninja:

Thks, must be normal. I left it over night but really spend about 3,5 hours in my computer, so must be normal.

By the way, I have another question that you have some how reply for "jjilmike" question about StoryBoard Timeline.

I have the same problem and yes, 4 weeks ago I install and unistall WMP11. I have just unistall ROXIO 7 from my computer (including all register data poiting to ROXIO) and installed again.

The Same problem. The timeline button is disable. I DONT HAVE ROXIO 9.

Do you have Internet Explorer 7 installed?

What version of EMC 7 do you have? Some of the OEM versions don't have the timeline enabled.

Did the Timeline ever work for you? What version of EMC 7 do you have? If it came with a DVD burner or computer, it is a Basic version and may not have the Timeline option.

Nnyerges, don't post the same problem in 2 different threads. It creates confusion.
