Codec Activation - Version 9

I am trying to activate codec in Roxio 9. I already activated this once before and it was working fine. All of a sudden in the past few days, it started giving me a message to activate codec. When i click yes, then i get a message "no permission - bad installation". I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times already. What is going on?

When i click yes, then i get a message "no permission - bad installation". I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times already. What is going on?

I can't say why this happened but each time you uninstall, you should follow this guide to the letter.
