kaypar
Hi, need help urgently - I have Roxio easy CD DVD creator 6.2.0.130. Everything works fine when burning directly from my Sony camcorder but when the tape is finished I get an error message "instructin at 0x041a514d referenced memory at 0x00000008 memory could not be read and another message 0x0491ob2 0x058f00c. There is NO video on my DVD disc at all when I checked. How do I solve this? I have a bunch of DV tapes that I need tp put on DVD ASAP. Thanks
james_hardin
Capture the input to your HD with DVD Builder. Then try burning to a DVD. You may find that you will need to burn to file (ISO) first, then burn to disc. You listed no specs but keep in mind that real time burning or even capture is taxing on any system. Thanks - I really did want to avoid doing that - but if I have no other options then that is what I'll do but I will use Pinnacle for that. The ability to capture and at the same time burn to a DVD is dependent on the hardware that you have.

Guest ml
Yes but look at his signature block. If he can't do it, who can? Good point. I guess it's possible that another program is interfering.... virus program, spam program.... I have my Virtual Memory settings set to 'Adjust for best performance' "(which helped with another memory reference error), have my Virtual memory settings set for my amount of RAM for the minimum and 2 times the RAM for max, have DMA enabled for the hard drive.... (anything I'm forgetting?) I don't know a lot about Roxio Easy CD DVD creator 6.2.0.130. If that's the newest version, isn't he entitled to Roxio Tech Support? gi7omy
Just on the off-chance the OP has missed the multitude of posts on this I do have to ask if IE7 and/or WMP11 are installed on the computer. If so, remove both - they wreck ECD6
