Disc Copier Problems

Have EM creator 7.5... novice I will admit. When trying to copy home video form DVD-rw (finalized) to DVD+R, roxio will recognize the vidoe orgin disc, blank disc in burner... will go through burn progress; indicated 100% finished and 100% disc progress, can close and disc will eject

 

but disc does not go through a finalize process that i can tell and will not play.

 

About to have a meltdown, what is going on.

 

I know the video is there b/c I can take the minidisc and play it directly without problem... should I not be able to just copy the disc and play it as well assuming the process completes?

Don't have a meltdown.....

 

Will the DVD-R play on your computer using either Cineplayer or the Extras & Utilities\ Roxio player?

 

Also, try going to the manufacturer's website of your computer\dvd burner manufacture and see if there are any updates for your burner.

 

Then check to make certain that your DVD player will play DVD- R's ( some won"t ) and let us know what you find.
