What does OTP/PTP Control (for dual-layer) Mean?

Am i right in thinking that it gives you the ability to set were the change over point between layers is, rather than running to the end of one side and strting on the next.

 

So far i've been using Sonic Producer 5, which does'nt support this, however i was given a free upgrade to DVDit Pro 6 by sonic (I'm glad as Producer cost way more) and i'm thinking of upgradeing to the HD version

opposite track path and parallel track path. basically the direction the laser should go after the layer break. burns are from center to edge...I think opposite then goes back from edge to center rather than back to the center and then playing back to the edge.

 

that setting is only for DLT output.
