Error message with new installation of EMC 9

I'm a first time user of Easy Media Creator 9, and when I Launch MY DVD is get the error:" Your video Diagnoses Failed. Application cannot Run."

 

I'm using a Compaq Paserio with 2 Ghz processor 1 Gb RAm, and standard video card with 32-bit turned on.

 

Has anyone come across this error before?

I don't think your card can muster enough to work 100%. You can try a driver update if there is one and run the latest DirectX update but I still think you'll be out of luck. You should be able to get a good price on one that's strong enough to handle EMC9.
