EMC9 Deluxe Suite Rebate

I bought EMC9 Deluxe Suite and had the usual problems which I solved with the help of this Forum.

 

Since a $30 rebate was part of the deal, I painstakingly filled out the form, attached a photocopy of my EMC7 Product Disk, the original UPC from the box, and a copy of the sale slip from the Internet store I bought EMC9 from.

 

Today I received an e-mail with tracking number and thought WOW this outfit really rocks.

However, that WOW was shortlived when I read:

 

Status Detail: Invalid

Invalid Reason: Invalid Purchase Location/Missing Email Confirmation &/or Original UPS or Invalid UPC number.

 

Looks as if I can kiss my $30 goodbye. And I thought Roxio was different.

 

Anybody else who had similar problems?

Considering that this is just a user forum, not a way to contact Roxio or Sonic, my suggestion would be to use the information on their Contacts page to get ahold of them and try to resolve it.

 

Because this IS a user forum, I asked whether anybody else had a similar problem.

Even I, a newbie, thought of using their contacts page without any prompting.

 

BTW, if you don't find the answer to a problem, you are invited to make a phone call to Toronto...

Go into the search (top right) and type in rebate, once there select EMC 9 for the "search Where" on the left.
