Error 1406 on "repair program"

Since a few of the feature don't work on my EMC, I did a 'repair' in the 'add/remove programs' in the control panel....I am receiving this message: Error 1406. Could not write value Standard to Key\SOFTWARE\Roxio\VideoU19\VideoOptions. Verify that you have sufficient acces to that Key.

 

Any suggestions what this is and how to correct it?

That is problably a registry problem. If you do a search these boards for "error 1406" you will get lots of hits including this one.
