:angry2:I can't get in most of the time! There is NO support cause they aren't recogising my screen name! I know my own name! I am soooooooo mad!! Can't finalize anything keeps popping it back out, get a stupid menue I can't get rid of! They want $35 to talk! This is nuts I already spent $100, this is bad as NERO!! :angry2::(:angry::(

This is a users forum, and so far, I haven't seen you post any problem except that you don't remember how to spell your name and you are good at hijacking threads.

Hold on.......I too had a little trouble. Had bought EMC9 and along with registration came personalized support, but signing in with email and password was a problem. I think I remember I was actually signing in to the wrong page. That was a little misleading and the webmaster could fix THAT problem.

 

How about you state exactly what you were trying to do, with what EMC9 application and exactly what problem or error occured. There are some very knowlegable peeps here that will be more than willing to help.

If you want some help from your fellow users on these boards (which are user boards, not tech support), then post some information about just what problem you are having and some info on you pc.

 

If you want to contact Roxio, use the EMC 9 contact support page. For v9 they aren't charging for tech support calls as I understand it.

.... and if you want an e-mail response, remember to set your e-mail program to allow Roxio e-mails. May times they are blocked as spam. There is a Kb article on this.
