gi7omy
Only way for you to het a new version would be to try eBay or Amazon - it should be cheap there (and probably the shipping will cost more than the program)
Guest ml
k, What Operating System do you have on that new computer? If it's Windows Vista, the only version that will work on that computer is version 9. On older computers, Internet Explorer 7 and Windows Media Player 11 'break' the versions before 9. lynn98109
And if the above warnings do not apply (and ONLY if), then all you need to do is go to Roxio updates. http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/software_updates/ There is a post in the ECDC 5 Forum (where your thread is no located) that explains how to attempt to get ECDC 5 onto a WinXP SP2 computer - no guarantees, but it has worked for many. Yeah, the only way is to buy a copy somewhere like eBay or similar. I thought you just wanted the updates to ECDC 5 Basic - but then, Dell usually has some stuff in their OEM Version that isn't included in the Basic. That includes CD transitions and fades.
