Dual Processor (2 Ghz total)

3 GB RAM

Installed DirectX 9c

Upgraded Graphics Card Driver

- NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE

- Driver Version 8.2.6.8

All Roxio Services started

No Antivirus installed (uninstalled it thinking this was the issue)

Tweaked many settings in the project to no avail

The problem WAS that the progress would sit at 0%...

BUT, installing the newest Beta NVIDIA driver pack worked and I now have a successful burn

Thank you very, very much!

It hought that was maybe what you meant. Installing the latest drivers, or uninstalling/reboot/re-installing current ones usually solves it. Glad you got it worked out and thanks for posting what worked for you.

What do you mean by "fails to encode 1st movie and tehn hangs"? Do you get an error of some kind or does the progress sit at 0% ?

That is an older driver for your NVidia adapter. goes to Nvidia's website and get the latest driver and try updating that. Make sure you follow their install directions.
