(Suggestions) Some Needed Updates In EMC9

Korean Freak-A-Leek

Question

Ah... Roxio Easy Media Creator 9... In My Opinion, A Good Suite Of Burning Software... But A Few Bugs Are Around... And Some Features Need To Be Added In... I'm Listing Some Issues And Some Needs That We Want In An Update Or, Heaven Forbid, A New Easy Media Creator... After I'm Done With My Listing, I'll Hope For Other People To Suggest Some Updates Or Added On Features For Future EMC Programs...

List Of Needed Features:

1. Microsoft Zune Media Player Support In Disc Copier Video Compilation Program

2. Batch Video Conversion For More Then 4.7 GB Worth Of Divx, Matroska h264, Windows Media Video 9 Or MPEG-4 Video...

3. HD-DVD Support Along With The Current Blu-Ray Support...

4. Matroska h264 And OGG Vorbis Video Support And Batch Conversion To MPEG-4/Windows Media Video 9

5. Disc Copier Video Compilation Custom Sized Hard Drive Option For Batch Video Conversion To MPEG-4 Or Windows Media Video 9...

Besides The Flaw In The Disc Copier Program When Trying To Batch Convert Video, That's About It... The Only Thing I Know Is That Roxio Needs To Create A Stand Alone Batch Video Converter That Converts Over 100 GB Of Various Video Formats Like Matroska h264, OGG Vorbis Video/Audio, MPEG Video, AVI Divx/XVID And Others To MPEG-4 Video, Windows Media Video 9 And Other Formats... And Yes... I Have Over 100 GB Of Video I Need Converted To Zune WMV Format... And Not Even The Famous Roxio Suite Couldn't Do That... #$^@... I Know EMC9 Needs Some Serious Updates...

Start With The 5 Listed Above Then Work On The Stand Alone Batch Video Converter... And Hopefully It'll Come In The Form Of A 200MB Or Larger Update... And I Also Pray That I Won't Have To Buy A Roxio Easy Media Creator 10... I Can't Shell Out Cash For EMC Flaws... ... ...

Done...

Batch convert? Why didn't MS include such a program with their hardware? It isn't up to Roxio or anyone else to prop up MS…

If some of these obscure video formats you mentioned actually catch on, I am sure codecs will be added. Even MS's Video format was not supported for almost a year by any manufacture.

But there is nothing wrong will presenting a wish list!
