Tivo Shows to iPod and compress Tivo shows

Can anyone tell me how I can move TIVO shows from my mac to my iPod? What software do I need? I just purchased TOAST Titanium and thought I would be able to do it from here but I can't. Also, is there any way to compress Tivo shows for burning to DVD? Right now I can only fit two per DVD?

Tivo shows to iPod - From the Tivo Download Manager, highlihgt the show(s) you want to put on the iPod and click the "toast it" button (I'm doing this from memory, so it may not be 100% right wording)

 

Once Toast launches, select the show(s) in toast and click on "export." There are settings for iPods there.

 

As for getting it onto your iPod, that's what iTunes is for.
