I'm trying to recover a data disk (CD) that was created some time ago with toast6. However because of some mysterious although non rare problem the disk was not finalized perfectly. So my Mac was not able to read it.
Hi bought toast 8 in order to retrieve at least part of my data. When copyng the CD, with the disc restore option enabled, it seems to be stucked when reach around 90% of :
"reading track 1" while copying the "cache to disk".
I let the process proceed for 24 hrs but it doesn't seem to complete.
In a folder named "elements converted by Roxio"/temporary elements there si a cache file of the size of the CD.
Can I do smthng more to extract data from this file?
