Question

Hello all, I downloaded some free new full labels to burn and I put them into a file folder in my pictures. when I go to Roxie to burn them even though it shows them there it doesn't allow me to use them and the file won't open. It was a download from the Lightscribe web site. I also inadvertently hit the copy image button and it won't finish or stop. I really need to finish upt the label burning for these cd's can anyone out there advise?

Thanks in advance for your time,

Christina

Did you unzip the files that you downloaded?

Go to the folder where you saved the downloads. They should have a .zip extension. Double click on one, and a box should open showing the .jpg file. I use WinZip, so I just drag it into the folder, but whatever program you have for zip files, may require that you extract it to a folder.

If that is the case, you just browse to the folder you want it in, then click extract. Do the same thing for each file.
