Sonic DLA v7 (Dell) uninstall and undriver [Win Vista]

Hello, I need help but tired asked "DELL FORUM" but all ignores never get posts or not helping :( next try here posting "Roxio/Sonic Community" Forum try to good fix hope my computer fix.

 

My computer:

Model: Dell XPS Gen 5

Windows Vista Home P. (old Windows XP Media Center)

Software: Dell - Sonic DigitalMedia v.7 LE and MyDVD 6.11 LE Software (I removed all, but one problem not remove "Sonic Encoders")

 

I have problem can't get remove uninstall "Sonic Encoders" and too "Drivers (not here titles uninstall program)"

Sonic Encoders, I can't get uninstall but I not have CD but "Dell Reinstalliing Sonic DigitalMedia v.7 and MyDVD 6.11 LE Software" but not have uninstall no list can't get remove files or missing. Say message problem:

And too I wanted REMOVE DRIVERS! not know where it? Because (Start Up and too before turn off then on same time problem drivers. Message say problem:

I am planing buy new one "Easy Creator DVD/CD 9" try to cheapest but my Easy Creator DVD/CD 8 old but not work for my new Vista :huh:

I need help let know try to fixing Thank you

Not sure about your encoder problem but you driver problem can be solved by going into the control panel and choosing to uninstall programs and look for Sonic DLA. Remove it. If it's not listed, try the fix that's posted HERE
