Greyed Out Options

I'm also frustrated by the greyed out options and I have EMC 9. I spend hours researching how to do something only to find out that I can't complete the instructions because the function is greyed out. I'm ready for another software. I have had it with Roxio.

There is no greyed out option in EMC9.

There may be some, if he has a stripped down version that comes with a new burner or preinstalled on a computer. We are seeing posts now, about a Basic version of 9.
