What do you mean by copy? If you are talking about copying, and at the same time converting from one format to the other, from a DVD or video file on your hard drive, I think that you can do it in Disc Copier, using Video Compilation.

I am not sure though. I have never had the need to do it.

I have a son who lives in Amsterdam and I want to send him a copy of my personally owned copy of A Christmas Story. So, can I disk copy from one format to another?

If it is not Copy Protected you may have to use Disc Copier in 2 stages.

First see if it presents an option to switch output to PAL. If not, then use the option to copy it to a Video Folder. Then through Video Compilation, select the files in the video folder and you should have an option to select PAL in the Destination.

One other thought… Most European players handle both PAL as well as NTSC, so conversion may not be needed.

I have a legal copy of Easy Media Creator 8 Suite installed.

When I make a copy of a CD or a DVD can I save that copy to either PAL or NTSC format?
