Hope I get some advice here. I have been a faithful Roxio customer for years. When I first installed emc9 in my new machine I couldn't wait. It worked well and any problems I was able to fix buy surfing these boards. You guys have been more help than you know. Anyway, I started having issues a few weeks ago. in videowave or any media manager process I can only see tiles with an hour glass and no image. If I try to open a video or photo the program hangs. At first running Disk Cleanup and defragging worked but then nothing would. I went for a clean uninstall and reinstall using methods from the boards and hand walked through the worst by live chat. I finnally got emc9 reinstalled and it is doing the same thing. I am going out of my mind. I am thinking some program of mine is interfering. I shut down antivirus software and do everything by the book to make a vidoe and to no avail. Help.
